Meet Amanda…
As a Gainesville native, she has a deep appreciation for the quiet spaces abounding in nature. Amanda grew up meditating @9 years old, building a foundation for mindfulness and has practiced Yoga for thirty years!
She has felt the profound positive impact of this practice, as it has been her steady guide for grounded awareness.
As of Spring of 2024, she received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification. Amanda believes that Yoga is both mental and physical nourishment, that has the potential, through connecting movement to breath, to awaken vitality.
