Lauren Davis

Lauren, a registered nurse for over 20 years, has dedicated her adult life to health and public service. Having studied yoga and Transcendental Meditation at the Maharishi University of Enlightenment in Fairfield, Iowa she has embraced several paths to wellness and growth.

Lauren continues her work as a yoga instructor to provide movement and meditation as a means to heal the disconnect that occurs with addiction, illness, and trauma. As a small business owner, she works to keep The Dasha as a cherished space to build community in meaningful ways.

Lauren is married to her beloved husband Zachary in Gainesville and have five children in their ever expanding family.
